      We offer custom jersey cases for a wide range of phone models, including the latest iPhones, Samsung Galaxy series, Google Pixel, and more.

    • How good is the print quality?

      We're committed to providing the best print quality for our products. We use 3D sublimation technology, which embeds the ink directly into the case material, ensuring bright and vivid colors that last.

    • Will the case wear off fast?

      Since the image is embedded into the case itself, it is extremely durable. While normal use may result in some surface scratches over time, we guarantee that the image won't fade or lose its colors for years.

    • What material are your cases made of?

      Our Snap cases are made from high-quality, impact-resistant polycarbonate. This material provides excellent protection against drops and scratches while remaining slim and lightweight. If you need extra protection – chose Tough case that has an additional rubber inside layer.

    • What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of the product?

      No worries! If you're not completely satisfied, reach out to us, and we'll either send you a replacement or provide a full refund.

    • How long does it take for you to process the order and print the case?

      We aim to process the order on the next working day after it was placed.

    • Is there a limit to the number or size of characters for names and numbers?

      For the best look, we recommend keeping names to 10 characters or less. Numbers can be one or two digits. If you need longer names or larger numbers, you can adjust the size of letters and numbers in our case designer or reach out to us – we'll do our best to accommodate yoru request.

    • Can I preview my design before ordering?

      Absolutely! When you customize your jersey design, our can see how your chosen phone case will look like in realtime preview tool. You can make adjustments until you're completely satisfied before placing your order.

    • Can I use my own images or designs?

      Yes! While we offer a range of customization options for our jersey designs, you can also reach out to us at order@case-jersey.com with your own images or artwork. Just make sure you have the right to use the image and that it's of high resolution for the best print quality.

    • Do you have a jersey of my favourite club?

      CaseJersey is a custom print service, and we respect intellectual property rights. While we can't sell official team merchandise, you can always create a personalized design that resembles your favorite team's colors.

    • What is the delivery time and cost?

      Delivery time and cost depend on your location. With our four global fulfillment centers, we provide the fastest and most cost-efficient delivery. You'll see all available options on the checkout page. Remember, you always get free standard delivery when you order two cases or more.

    • Are your cases compatible with wireless charging?

      Yes, all our cases are designed to be fully compatible with wireless charging. The slim design and non-metallic material of Snap case ensure that your phone can charge wirelessly without any issues. For Tough cases, there are MagSafe and non-MagSafe versions.

    • Do you offer bulk or team orders?

      Definitely! We love creating cases for teams, clubs, or large groups. For orders of 10 or more cases, we offer special discounts and can even work with you to create a unique team design. Contact us at order@case-jersey.com for details.

    • How do I care for my CaseJersey phone case?

      Your case is designed to be durable, but to keep it looking its best, we recommend cleaning it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that might scratch the surface. For tougher dirt, a mild soap solution is safe to use.
